Access to our surgery is via the front door from the small car park where there is a designated disabled parking bay.
Our reception desk and all our clinical rooms (except one) are located on the ground floor of the building and are easily accessible by wheelchair users or people with mobility issues. There is also a disabled toilet and hearing loop at reception, if required.
Please advise a member of our Reception team if you require any assistance at the time of booking your appointment or when you arrive – this will help us ensure that any necessary accommodations can be put in place to ensure that you do not experience any difficulties when attending your appointment.
Please be aware, between 12pm and 1pm our phone lines are covered by an out of hours service, if you need to speak to a receptionist about something specifically relating to the surgery, please call outside of these hours
To contact us online you can fill in our ‘Ask a Receptionist’ form through our Online Consultation,
Non-urgent advice: Out of Hours
On Monday – Friday between 6.30pm & 8am & all day Saturday & Sunday, please phone NHS 111 which is a free to call non-emergency, medical helpline operating in England.
