WHAT IS THE PATIENT PARTICIPATION GROUP (“PPG”)?
It is a group of people representing a cross section of our patient list who act as the first line of communication between patient and surgery
WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE PPG?
It is a platform for open and honest communication, enabling patients to take more responsibility for their own/their family’s health and for the Practice to gain a greater understanding of how it’s patient population perceive the services which it provides
WHO CAN JOIN THE PPG?
Anyone who is a patient / carer of a patient affiliated to our practice
HOW DOES THE PPG WORK?
We aim to hold quarterly meetings (either face to face or online) with PPG members to discuss a range of topics and agenda items; any feedback, comments or suggestions are used constructively to ensure that the Practice excels in service delivery to it’s patient population
